I'll point out that regardless of whether or not anyone's family member has hit a girl does not change anything. It still does not make his actions right.

I agree. I've never been a fan of Chris Brown or Rihanna, but I wonder how badly this will impact his musical career.
It's awful what happened and despicable of Chris Brown. I never viewed him too highly to begin with, either.
