Akon, Akon, Akon. Where do I start? Obviously, I’ve already given my opinion about him and his music, but I happened to see him in a commercial last week, to which my mother said, “Well, don’t have one of his albums?!” in response to my, “How
disgusting!” comment. His voice is just too atrocious for me to even consider his lyrics, and whenever I have taken the time to hear past his (what I consider) revolting voice, the lyrics are below average. I have only ever been able to listen to
one—and only one—song of his all the way through. It is and always will be beyond me as to why anyone would listen to songs like the ones I have heard from him.

And for the record, my mom was mixing up Akon with my K-OS albums. K-OS FTW, but Akon
is just insulting and the videos can be degrading.

The first time I heard Akon, I thought it was like.. I don't really know how to describe it. I thought that it was some like... little boy trying to be all cool and what not.
And yeah. He's got that nasaly
sound down REAL good :)

You haven't been the only person to notice his voice.

Seems to me as if he doesn't need to pinch his nose to get that nasal sound; he's naturally gifted with it.

I wish Akon would take an early retirement. He can't produce a decent song to save his life and excells in offending just about everybody. He has the most annoying voice, I can't be the only person who has noticed that!
I'm sure he has made enough money
by now to never work again. Let's hope he does!
