That is true, but I've noticed a good sum of artists and bands that look and sound strikingly similar to Coldplay (and other bands like Oasis or R.E.M., for example)... I think they have a following
Coldplay is one of my top favorite bands... Their lyrics are never disappointing, the music is expectantly great, and the vocals are always refreshing for me to hear.

This whole Jonas Brothers fandom reminds me a bit of N'sync's era...
But concerning their music, I think the vocals are okay to say the least, and the lyrics are average for a kiddy-idolized pop group.

I've hear the majority of their songs except for three so far, and based on those, "ReBirth+ReVerse" is the best (maybe because there's no sining?) followed by "Athena." However, "Dress" ultimately my favorite by them; still, it's only a cover song.
