I think if someone has heard a good sum of their songs and concludes that they REALLY like Six:A.M., it's fine for that person to say SIX:A.M. is a favorite band of his/hers. Moreover, you have to realize that everyone has different tastes in music.

if u play an instrument or even if u knew of other bands (like u no, legends such as megadeth, metallica, pantera)
u wouldnt say "sixx am is my favorite band!!!"
becuz they may have a good line up and sound pretty compatible there is nothing super amazing about them.
theyre just like nickelback or three days grace. catchy music but soooooo simple to play
nikki sixx was the shit w/ motley crue though-a band deserved to be called one of the best of the 80s...so yeah...idk
